CAFFE is a voluntary civic organisation. Its officers and volunteers are persons who are dedicated to the objective of preserving the democratic process by ensuring free and fair elections.

To take all lawful actions subsequent to election day that an individual could take to expose improper or unlawful or colourable actions and to advocate, educate and communicate necessary remedial actions to achieve free and fair elections.
